  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons Nuts Chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Or honey

Preparation Steps

  • Combine rolled oats, milk, cinnamon, and chia seeds in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until oats are cooked through and the mixture has thickened.
  • Pour into bowls and top with berries, nuts, and maple syrup. Serve immediately.
