Instructions
Preparation Steps
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the blanched broccoli, sunflower seeds, red onion, and raisins.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
