Ingredients
- 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Arrange the kielbasa slices in one layer on the prepared sheet.
Whisk the brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, vinegar, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
Brush half of the glaze over the kielbasa, turning the slices so the cut sides are coated.
Bake for 12 minutes, brush with the remaining glaze, and continue baking for 10 to 13 minutes until bubbling and caramelized at the edges.
Rest the bites for 5 minutes before transferring them to a platter with toothpicks.
