  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 medium Peaches sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
