  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Bruschetta Topping

  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes about 3-4 medium tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Minced Garlic about 4-5 cloves
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place them on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle chicken with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Spoon the bruschetta topping evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is slightly softened. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
