  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise Use full-fat for best texture.
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 each cloves of garlic, minced Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese Finely grated.
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste Optional, but adds authentic flavor.
  • 0.5 tsp salt To taste.
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper Freshly ground.

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust flavors as needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker dressing, consider adding more Parmesan cheese. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
