  • 4 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
