Cajun Shrimp Recipe

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Preparation Steps

  • Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. To a large bowl, add the shrimp, Kosher salt, ground pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Toss well to evenly coat.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
