Preparation Steps
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. To a large bowl, add the shrimp, Kosher salt, ground pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Toss well to evenly coat.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges.
