Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine canned salmon, bread crumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor. These patties are also great in sandwiches or on top of salads.
