  • 15 oz canned salmon, drained skin and bones removed
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges for added flavor.
