Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs for the crust
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 packages cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups apples peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Arrange sliced apples on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  • Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
