Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Arrange sliced apples on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
