Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, flour, and brown sugar. Mix until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Punch down the dough and roll it out to a 12x18 inch rectangle.
Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side. Cut into 12 slices.
Place the rolls in the prepared pan. Cover and let rise for another 15-20 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve warm.
Notes
These cinnamon rolls are best served fresh from the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
