Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add onions and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until onions are translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes and corn, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and mix in the cooked pasta shells. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Best served hot, and goes well with a side of green salad.
