Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough Refrigerated
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar For topping
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon For topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

  • Spoon a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll the dough from the wide end to the point. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the rolls.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These are best served warm. Enjoy!
