Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

Spoon a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the point. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the rolls.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
