Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the cherry pie filling.
Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the wrapper.
Brush the egg rolls with the beaten egg.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
