Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls

These delightful cherry cheesecake egg rolls are a fun twist on a classic dessert! Creamy cheesecake filling wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers, baked to golden perfection.

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cherry pie filling
  • 12 count Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg Egg beaten

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the cherry pie filling.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the wrapper.
  • Brush the egg rolls with the beaten egg.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
