Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in whipped topping.
Spread cheesecake filling over cooled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with additional whipped cream and fresh cherries.
