Cherry Cheesecake Lush

A layered dessert with a graham cracker crust, cheesecake filling, cherry topping, and whipped cream.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping thawed

Topping

  • 21 oz Cherry Pie Filling

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread cheesecake filling over cooled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with additional whipped cream and fresh cherries.
