Chicken Alfredo

Creamy chicken alfredo sauce over fettuccine pasta. A classic comfort food!

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta cooks, cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
