Chicken Alfredo Pasta

  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of garlic bread and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a complete meal.
