Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a side of garlic bread and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a complete meal.
