Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle flour over the chicken and butter mixture. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.
