Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook chicken until no longer pink. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, carrots, celery, and onion.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Drop by spoonfuls over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
