Chicken Cobbler Recipe

A comforting and flavorful chicken cobbler recipe, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend treat. Tender chicken and vegetables are topped with a buttery, flaky biscuit crust.

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 10.75 oz Cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Biscuit mix
  • 0.5 cup Milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook chicken until no longer pink. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, carrots, celery, and onion.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Drop by spoonfuls over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad or your favorite vegetable.
