Chicken Cordon Bleu

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Dredge each chicken roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
Transfer the chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
