chicken dumpling casserole

A comforting and easy chicken and dumpling casserole perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and mixed vegetables.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and drop onto the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Serve immediately. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
