Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and shredded cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
