Chicken Ramen Stir-Fry

A quick and easy chicken ramen stir-fry perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 packages Ramen noodles Discard seasoning packets
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables Thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.
  • Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Add ramen noodles and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry until noodles are heated through and vegetables are tender.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
