Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.
Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add ramen noodles and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry until noodles are heated through and vegetables are tender.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
