Chicken Spaghetti Tips

A creamy and comforting chicken spaghetti recipe, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cooked and shredded
  • 12 oz Spaghetti Cooked al dente
  • 10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 10 oz Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (Rotel)
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese Cubed
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes and green chilies, Velveeta cheese, and chicken broth.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the cheese is starting to melt.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Optional: Top with shredded cheddar cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
