Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until softened.
Return chicken to the pot. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in peas and cook for 5 more minutes.
