Instructions
Preparation Steps
Whisk the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder together in a large microwave-safe mug until no clumps remain.
Whisk in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
Top with chocolate chips.
Microwave for 2 minutes. The cake should be risen and no longer look wet on top.
