Total: 2 hours hours 20 minutes minutes
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham about 4 pounds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon orange juice fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
Heat the oven to 325°F and place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake until the center is heated through, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until it reaches 140°F.
Stir the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, and optional cloves into a thick glaze.
Brush the glaze over the ham and return it to the oven uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, brushing once more, until glossy and lightly caramelized.
Rest the ham for 15 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain and serving with the pan juices.
