Instructions
Preparation Steps
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and celery; sauté until tender.
Add potatoes and clam juice; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Stir in clams and cream. Heat through but do not boil.
