Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Spread the included icing over the warm casserole.
