  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, half of the chopped pecans, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the remaining chopped pecans, pressing gently to coat.
  • Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, you can add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
