Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Stir in the instant coffee mixture and continue heating until just about to simmer. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla extract and stir well. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely chilled.
Process the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for an additional 2 hours or until firm.
Notes
You can adjust the coffee strength by adding more or less instant coffee as desired.
