Coffee Toffee Ice Cream

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 0.5 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toffee bits crushed

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, chilled coffee, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed toffee bits.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or until firm.
  • Scoop and serve.

Notes

For an even creamier texture, churn the ice cream in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions before freezing solid.
