Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, chilled coffee, and vanilla extract until just combined.
Fold in the crushed toffee bits.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Cover and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or until firm.
Scoop and serve.
Notes
For an even creamier texture, churn the ice cream in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions before freezing solid.
