Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
