Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef Steak Ribeye or Sirloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Gravy Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Season steak with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Gravy Steps

  • Melt butter in the same skillet.
  • Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Simmer until gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour gravy over steak and serve.
