Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Gravy Steps
Melt butter in the same skillet.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer until gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour gravy over steak and serve.
