Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with vegetable oil and salt.
- Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with taco seasoning.
