This creamy corn dip is perfect for parties! It's loaded with corn, cheese, and a hint of spice.

  • 2 cups frozen corn thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the thawed corn.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

You can add diced jalapenos for extra spice. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
