Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the thawed corn.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
You can add diced jalapenos for extra spice. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
