Corned Beef Hash Recipe

  • 1 lb Corned beef
  • 2 lbs Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and bell pepper and cook until softened.
  • Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Add corned beef, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
