  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed

  • 3 large eggs

  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans toasted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and cocoa powder.
  • Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter to the bowl, and mix well.
  • Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the cranberries and pecans.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares.
