  • 1 cup Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
  • 6 ears corn on the cob halved
  • 4 pounds small red potatoes
  • 2 pounds smoked sausage sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Fill a large pot with water, add Cajun seasoning, and bring to a boil.
  • Add potatoes to the pot and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Add corn and sausage, and boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Add crawfish and cook until they turn bright red, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and let everything sit for 10 minutes to soak up the flavors.

Notes

Serve with hot sauce and melted butter on the side. Perfect for outdoor feasts.
