Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the crawfish tails, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot. Great with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
