Crawfish Casserole

A delicious and hearty crawfish casserole perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 2 cups crawfish tails peeled and cleaned
  • 1 cup white rice cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the crawfish tails, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot. Great with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
