Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
Gradually add in the flour and baking powder, mixing until just incorporated.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
