0.25cupGrated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through and coated in sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
