Preparation Steps
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and pesto, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Return chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve immediately.
