  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and pesto, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Return chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
