A delicious and easy-to-make creamy shrimp dip, perfect for parties and gatherings. Served warm, it features succulent shrimp in a rich, cheesy sauce.

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the chopped cooked shrimp into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
