Instructions
Preparation Steps
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they start to brown.
Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat with the creamy sauce. Serve hot.
Notes
For a variation, try adding grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
