Crock Pot Kielbasa

A simple and flavorful kielbasa recipe cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 2.5 pounds Kielbasa Smoked or fresh, sliced into 0.5-inch pieces
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 ounce, undrained
  • 0.5 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Place sliced kielbasa and chopped onion in a slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the diced tomatoes (undrained), barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa and onions in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, or until kielbasa is heated through and flavors have melded.
  • Stir before serving. Serve hot.

Notes

This recipe is great served with mashed potatoes, rice, or a side salad. Feel free to adjust the amount of barbecue sauce and brown sugar to your preference.
