Preparation Steps
Place sliced kielbasa and chopped onion in a slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the diced tomatoes (undrained), barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa and onions in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, or until kielbasa is heated through and flavors have melded.
Stir before serving. Serve hot.
