Crockpot Chicken Gravy
A comforting and easy slow cooker chicken and gravy recipe. Just dump the ingredients in the crockpot and let it work its magic. Perfect served over mashed potatoes or rice.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season generously with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and water or broth.
Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces directly in the slow cooker.
Stir the shredded chicken well to coat it completely in the gravy.
Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
Notes
Store any leftover chicken and gravy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
