Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the chicken.
Pour in chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
Shred chicken with two forks.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to combine.
Serve immediately.
