Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.125 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the chicken.
  • Pour in chicken broth.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Shred chicken with two forks.
  • Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  • Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other vegetables to this recipe, such as broccoli, carrots, or peas. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
