Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs

Easy and delicious Mississippi meatballs cooked in a slow cooker. Perfect for parties or a simple weeknight meal!

  • 2 lbs Frozen Meatballs Italian style
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 5 Pepperoncini Peppers with juice

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Place frozen meatballs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
  • Place butter on top of the mixes. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or on hoagie rolls.

Notes

Adjust pepperoncini peppers to taste. For a spicier dish, add more peppers.
